My name is Richard. I live in Sunnyvale, and I came in for a dental implant. I would describe this practice as a very friendly place, very welcoming environment. I came in a little nervous, and the doctor helped calm my nerves by explaining the process step by step. Dr. Reid is a very good guy. I felt very comfortable being around him, and he’s just got a nice, warm, welcoming personality. The surgery went well. It was very simple, it was quick. I love coming here. I did have a good experience here, and I would give Dr. Reid five stars. The way he made me feel was definitely a five-star experience.
